Our Approach to AirBnb Photography
We’re proud to offer our professional photography services with a super fast turnaround for your listings on AirBnb and other vacation and home rental sites. We pride ourselves on our reliable and first-rate service alongside high-quality photography and going above and beyond to capture the essence of your property.
Each listing is unique, therefore our approach for photographing each property is different. Our services include but are not limited to interior and exterior photography, lifestyle and detail shots, host portraits, aerial photography, and photographs of local hotspots and must-visit places.
A typical process you should expect is as follows:

After choosing a date and time, we’ll review every detail we can find about your listing by getting to know your property and the community where you’re located through your current property listings, available reviews, and your public profile. You’ll be sent a detailed photography checklist to help prepare your space for photography.

On the day of your photoshoot, we’ll perform a walkthrough for purposes of planning compositions, lighting, and learning more about what makes your property unique. I’ve photographed spaces by my lonesome, and I’ve photographed spaces with both homeowners assisting me. You’re more than welcome to be involved as much or as little during the day of the photoshoot as you prefer.

Once the photography session is complete, we will take each composition and turn it into a finished image that best represents your space. We review all editing in-house to provide consistent quality every time.

Within 2-3 days, your final photos will be delivered to you through a cloud based shared folder.

99.99% of our customers are totally happy with the first draft, but you can have as many revisions as required so you always receive the images you are 100% happy with.
Directors Cut Studios are based in Bayside, Victoria, but we cover just about all of Melbourne & Victoria including SE Suburbs, Mornington Peninsula, Phillip Island, The Dandenongs, Gippsland, including Lakes Entrance.
